By visiting or using onepro.us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors, including homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and business owners browsing the One Pro network.

One Pro is a national holding brand operated by Myar Pro, headquartered at 4700 S High Ave, Oklahoma City, OK. We coordinate a network of regional property-protection specialists across Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas, with Louisiana coming online in Q3 2026.

The operating brands in the One Pro network include Advantage Roofing (advantageok.net) and Advanced Restoration (advancedok.net). When you submit an inquiry through onepro.us, it is routed to the appropriate regional team. Actual project work, warranties, and binding agreements are executed by those operating brands, not by the onepro.us website.

onepro.us is an informational website and a way to reach the One Pro network. It is not a marketplace, a licensed contractor portal, or a binding service agreement.

The site describes the types of work our network performs: residential and commercial roofing, storm damage repair, water and fire mitigation, and related property-protection services. Descriptions on this site are general. The scope, price, and terms of any specific project are governed exclusively by the signed proposal or contract issued by the operating brand handling your project.

Submitting an inquiry or contact form on onepro.us is a request for information only. It is not a contract, a binding order, or a commitment by One Pro or any operating brand to perform work at any particular price.

• Estimates - Any written estimate provided after an on-site inspection is valid for the period stated on that document. Estimates are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from those observed at the time of inspection.
• Proposals - A signed proposal from the operating brand constitutes the binding agreement for the work described. These terms do not modify or supersede that document.
• Emergency dispatch - Emergency tarp, board- up, or mitigation arrangements are confirmed by phone with a representative of the operating brand. Dispatch is not initiated solely by a website submission. Call 833-8-ONE-PRO for emergency response.

You may use onepro.us for lawful purposes only. The following are not permitted:

• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content or data from this site by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or placing an unreasonable load on the site or its infrastructure.
• Impersonating One Pro, Advantage Roofing, Advanced Restoration, Myar Pro, or any of their employees or representatives.
• Using the site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Using the site to facilitate any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

We reserve the right to block access for violations of these rules without notice.

All content on onepro.us, including the One Pro, Advantage Roofing, and Advanced Restoration names, logos, marks, photography, written copy, and design elements, is owned by Myar Pro or its operating brands, or is used under license.

You are welcome to share links to pages on this site. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute any text, images, or other content from this site without prior written permission. Brief quotations for editorial purposes with clear attribution are generally fine. When in doubt, ask us at legal@onepro.us.

Anything you send to us through a form on onepro.us (name, address, project description, photos) is treated as non-confidential, except where required otherwise by law or by our Privacy Policy.

By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

Project photography is a separate matter. If your project is completed by an operating brand in our network, we may ask separately for your permission to use before-and-after photos in our portfolio or marketing. We will only do so if you give us explicit written or recorded consent. We never use customer property photos without permission.

onepro.us links to manufacturer sites (GAF, TAMKO, CertainTeed, DaVinci), insurance carrier portals, partner brands, and other third-party resources. Those links are provided for convenience.

We do not control third-party sites. Their own terms of service and privacy policies govern your interactions with them. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or practices of any linked site. Review their terms before submitting personal information to them.

onepro.us is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the site.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time without notice.

Nothing on this site constitutes a warranty for any installed roofing system or restoration work. The terms of any product or workmanship warranty are set by the manufacturer and by the operating brand in the written contract governing your specific project. Site content does not override or expand those warranty terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myar Pro, One Pro, Advantage Roofing, and Advanced Restoration will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, onepro.us.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Myar Pro, One Pro, and the operating brands in the network, along with their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of onepro.us or violation of these terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any false or misleading information you submit through the site.

We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with that defense.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of onepro.us will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms as our business or legal requirements change. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page. We will note material changes in the "Last updated" field.

Continued use of onepro.us after the revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the site.
