Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information One Pro collects when you visit onepro.us or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because that is how we work.

§ 01

Who we are

One Pro is the national holding brand operated by Myar Pro, headquartered at 4700 S High Ave, Oklahoma City, OK. We coordinate a network of regional property-protection specialists across Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas, with Louisiana coming online in Q3 2026.

The operating brands under the One Pro network include Advantage Roofing (advantageok.net) and Advanced Restoration (advancedok.net). When you contact us through onepro.us, your project is routed to the appropriate regional team.

§ 02

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and do the work. That breaks down into two categories.

Information you give us

  • Contact details - your name, email address, phone number, and property address when you fill out a form or call us.
  • Project scope - the type of work you are asking about (roofing, storm damage, water mitigation, etc.) and any notes you include in the inquiry form.
  • Insurance information - policy number, carrier name, and claim details only when you authorize us to coordinate with your insurer. We do not collect this unless you ask us to.
  • Call records - inbound calls to 833-8-ONE-PRO may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We announce this at the start of the call.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data - IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed. Collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.
  • Cookies - small files placed on your device to remember your session and measure site traffic. See § 05 for details and opt-out options.

We do not buy or receive data about you from data brokers. We do not run targeted ad pixels that track you across other websites.

§ 03

How we use it

Your information is used for the following purposes.

  • Responding to your inquiry, typically within one business day.
  • Scheduling an on-site estimate or emergency dispatch.
  • Routing your project to the correct regional team. Advantage Roofing handles roofing projects; Advanced Restoration handles water, fire, and storm mitigation.
  • Sending project updates, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications related to work you have requested.
  • Filing or coordinating an insurance claim on your behalf, when you have authorized us to do so.
  • Improving onepro.us based on anonymous usage patterns.
  • Sending marketing emails about our services, but only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time (§ 07).

We do not use your data for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making that affects your access to our services.

§ 04

How we share it

We do not sell your data. Full stop.

We share your information only in these limited situations.

  • Operating brands - When your project is assigned to Advantage Roofing or Advanced Restoration, the relevant team receives your contact and project details to complete the work.
  • Insurance carriers - Only when you have explicitly authorized us to file or coordinate a claim on your behalf.
  • Service providers - We use third-party tools for email delivery, CRM, and analytics. These vendors process data on our behalf and are bound by data-processing agreements. They cannot use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements - If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and staff.
  • Business transfers - If One Pro or a network brand is acquired or merged, customer data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
§ 05

Cookies and analytics

onepro.us uses a small number of cookies to make the site work and to understand how visitors use it.

  • Functional cookies - necessary for the site to operate (e.g., remembering your form progress). These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
  • Analytics cookies - anonymous data on pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. We use this to improve content. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.

To opt out of analytics cookies, you can use your browser's built-in cookie controls or install an opt-out extension for your analytics provider. Functional cookies cannot be disabled via opt-out tools.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

§ 06

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, then we delete or anonymize it.

  • Inquiries that did not become projects - kept for 24 months, then deleted.
  • Active project records - kept while the project is open and for the full warranty period afterward. GAF NDL and similar manufacturer warranties run up to 25 years, so project records may be retained accordingly.
  • Insurance claim records - retained per the statutory requirement in the state where the work was performed, typically 7 years.
  • Marketing opt-in records - kept until you unsubscribe, then archived for legal compliance for 3 years.
  • Anonymous analytics data - may be retained indefinitely as it contains no personal identifiers.
§ 07

Your rights

You have the right to know what we hold, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Specifically:

  • Access - Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction - Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion - Ask us to delete your data. We will honor this unless we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g., warranty or insurance documentation).
  • Opt out of marketing - Click "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or email privacy@onepro.us and we will remove you from all marketing lists within 5 business days.
  • Data portability - Request your data in a machine-readable format.

§ 08

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for property owners and business decision-makers. We do not market to or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us at privacy@onepro.us and we will delete it promptly.

§ 10

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change or when regulations require it. When we do, we bump the effective date at the top and note what changed. If the update is material, we will send a notice to customers with active project records.

Continued use of onepro.us after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
