What happens next.
Most contact forms drop you into a queue. Ours doesn't. This is the path your note takes, from a real desk in Oklahoma City to an inspection on the calendar.
- 01
/ read
An estimator reads it.
Not a queue, not a chatbot. The note lands on a real desk in Oklahoma City, usually within minutes of you pressing send.
- 02
/ prepare
We pull the records.
Address history, prior claims, county permits and recent storm tracks, so the call back is informed rather than generic.
- 03
/ reply
You hear back, fast.
A direct reply with what we would recommend, what it would take, and the earliest realistic timing. Monday to Saturday, usually inside four hours.

An inspection on the calendar.
Drone survey, infrared thermography and a written scope you can forward to a carrier or a board without translation. Free, and within five business days across the footprint.
Direct answers, plainly stated.
/01Do you serve my area?
One Pro teams operate across Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and New Mexico, with Louisiana opening in late 2026. Each region has its own line in the directory above. Outside the footprint, call the national line and we will route you by referral.
/02I have an active leak right now. Form or phone?
Phone. The national line is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Business hours reach a project lead; nights and weekends reach a dispatcher who can roll a tarp crew or a restoration crew. The form is for anything that can wait four hours.
/03Is the inspection really free?
Yes. Residential and commercial inspections include a drone survey, infrared thermography where it applies, and a written scope you keep whether or not you hire us. No obligation, no pressure call afterwards.
/04What should I put in the message?
Roof age, what you are seeing, and your timing are plenty. If a claim is already open, mention the carrier and the date of loss. Photos, drawings and adjuster letters can go to info@onepro.us and we will match them to your note.
/05Do you work with my insurance carrier?
Every major carrier. We document the loss the way adjusters expect, meet them on-site, and for restoration work we bill the covered scope direct so you pay only your deductible.
/06Will I end up on a marketing list?
No. Your note goes to estimators only. We do not sell, share or hand contact details to lead networks, and the site only measures ad performance if you agree to it in the cookie settings.
